Walk in the perfect will.

It is critical that you not allow strife, unforgiveness or offense to get you out of God’s perfect will. As your destiny unfolds, you will have many opportunities to get hurt or offended. However, instead of allowing these situations to hinder you, use them as stepping stones to your next level of spiritual growth and character development.

Your future depends on the decisions you make today, but when you allow your emotions to rule your life, you will always make bad decisions that will take you away from God’s plan for you. The enemy wants to move you out of the love of God and into a position of selfishness. When that happens, you’ll try to preserve yourself rather than look for opportunities to bless others. Don’t allow him to do this. No matter what people may do or say to you, make a commitment to walk in the love of God. In doing so, you defeat the enemy and ensure God’s blessing on your life.

Emotions emotions emotions.

My biggest weakness.

When it comes to happy clappy days when i have lotsa ‘fun’ moments with friends, I am so loving God and saying God is awesome. heh.

But, when sunday evening hits, the silence in my room and the upcoming monday blues start creeping in. I start feeling all dreadful, weak and tired of life.  You may ask, But didnt you just had church in the morning? yes, i did. I know, what a drastic change in me throughout the day.

I gave in to emotions again.

How i pray that He becomes the one and only that I need.

Thank God He promised, to fulfill my desires with GOOD things. If not, i mightve been filling em with stuff that will destroy my life.

Thank you for Your grace. =)

The Holy Ghost Teaches Patience
Bishop Keith ButlerMy brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. James 1:2-3 – (KJV)

The Word says that the trying of your faith worketh patience. It does not say that the trying of your faith worketh faith. But that’s the way some people read that Scripture. It is very important to know that God is not trying to teach you something by putting problems on you. He doesn’t teach you by temptations, tests and trials. God teaches you by the Holy Ghost. Knowing this, you can have joy right in the middle of the trials.

You don’t have to learn lessons by suffering. Learn by instruction, by letting the Holy Ghost teach you directly, and through men and women God has placed in the body of Christ as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. Let the Holy Ghost teach you as you read, study, and meditate the scriptures concerning your situation. He is available to teach you, help you, and stand by you. After all, He is the great Teacher.

James 1:3 says that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Patience for what? Patience to endure while God is working on the problem. At the end of this trial, if you go through it the way God expects you to-with patience-then you will develop your patience to a higher level.

We bring out the child inside of you.
